I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please let me know if you are not entirely satisfied with my products, so that I can rectify the situation. I try to ensure that the products are the same as illustrated in my sales catalogue, although sometimes differences do occur.
Items are described and photographed as accurately as possible, but please note that colours and designs may vary. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered, just return it, if possible in the original packaging (with your customer advice note) within 7 days of the date of receipt and I will send you a replacement.
Please note I am only able to accept items that have not been altered or used. I can only replace identical products, so if you wish to order additional items it will be treated as a new order. The John Hemmens guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights or your rights under any contract you may have with me.
If you decide to cancel your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of purchase. To exercise your right of cancellation you must send me written confirmation by post giving details of goods ordered. Except in the case of faulty or misdescribed goods if you exercise your right to cancel after the goods have been delivered you will be responsible for returning them at your own cost.
If I default on the agreed delivery date, I will offer you a new date and in the event this date is not acceptable you will be entitled to the return of your deposit and your order will be cancelled.
