Return Policy
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please let me know if you are not entirely satisfied with my products, so that I can rectify the situation. I try to ensure that the products are the same as illustrated in my sales catalogue, although sometimes differences do occur.
Items are described and photographed as accurately as possible, but please note that colours and designs may vary. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered, just return it, if possible in the original packaging (with your customer advice note) within 7 days of the date of receipt and I will refund your money or send you a replacement.
Please note I am only able to accept items that have not been altered or used. I can only replace identical products, so if you wish to order additional items it will be treated as a new order. The John Hemmens guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights or your rights under any contract you may have with me.
Cancelling your order
If you decide to cancel your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of purchase. To exercise your right of cancellation you must send me written confirmation by post giving details of goods ordered. Except in the case of faulty or misdescribed goods if you exercise your right to cancel after the goods have been delivered you will be responsible for returning them at your own cost.
I will refund a purchase if the item is returned to me unused and in a re-saleable condition and is in its original packaging together with proof of purchase.
After your 7 day trial period, refunds and exchanges will not be entertained. However should the goods be unused and are in a re-saleable condition and in its original packaging I will accept a return subject to a 30% restocking charge.
It is therefore important you make absolutely sure your requirements are correct on purchase.
I will refund your money within 30 days of cancellation less any delivery costs incurred. Returns outside this period will not be accepted.
